Outback Steakhouse - (Near Richmond, TX)

3 /5 Deisy Diaz: came here for the first time to celebrate my husbands birthday! This was our first time never been so we were very excited! We ordered appetizers, dinner! Steak with shrimp. Steak with chicken and of course their sides. The steak you could add “toppings” to it you would assume it would be included with the steak but it was not, the waitress did not mention that to me so I spent almost $4.00 on grilled onion and $2.00 on butter I did not sadly know where to put or use. When someone mentions first time it would be nice to be explain that they were extra. The place was quiet wished it had some sort of music. Place was clean, restrooms were clean and every staff we interacted with was very nice. Other than that we had good food, we were checked up on and also given a free cake.

5 /5 Miinah.98: Just awesome !!! It’s my first time coming to this location and lemmmeeee tell you ! It didn’t disappoint! The bartender sticks ( I hope I’m spelling it correctly) are awesome ! He went above and beyond and he definitely deserves a raise !!

4 /5 Dr. Karla Hernandez DeCuir: We stopped here for the first time for a late lunch on Saturday and it was pretty quiet. I remembered the fries from a while back (I haven’t visited in years) and I was a little disappointed because I remember them being amazing but they really weren’t… the cheese was a bit hard & tasteless & they just didn’t look the same. My daughter got the kids sirloin & it was also tasteless & a bit dry. My son got the Toowoomba Salmon & that was okay. I got the burger & it was pretty tasteless, Hobdaddy’s close by are way better & a bit cheaper. Overall, I don’t think we will return even though the staff were all super nice & the ambiance was great & very clean

5 /5 Andre Salles: This store goes above and beyond about their customer service, every single time. Managers Jason and Ali and all the crew, including server Lauren, always provide an amazing service. Jason and Ali even learned how to make an off-menu desert “Cinnamon Oblivion” that I mentioned having had in another country. They went to HEB to buy some ingredients and made it exactly as the original! That’s what I call service excellence! Needless to mention that’s my Outback to go!

2 /5 D L: Definitely not the “a” team here during the week. Almost empty restaurant yet we were seated at the restroom area. Disgusting. I arrived a little later to the party of 8, otherwise I would have insisted on another table. Filet kabobs were over cooked and rice was watery. Sent back the grey colored steak and the waiter was unapologetic and visibly inconvenienced. Extra items ordered were forgotten and had to remind them to bring. Servers not trained to deliver food to the table and announce auction style “going once, going twice…” not knowing who it goes to. In the middle of a discussion with your loved ones you don’t really remember the exact title and items of what you ordered. If other servers are helping they should be knowing of what the temperature of the steak is especially when more than 1 person orders it. I know it’s not a Michelin star place but being a steakhouse they should fix all of this. Side salads were very fresh, very delicious. Drinks were cold, and place was clean from what I saw.
