It started off great, but as soon as I requested something As an alternate drink, since my drink was not good I was notified that all drink sales are final. There is no sign, document or any type of signs that reflect All drinks are final outside by the lake. WE NEVER WENT IN THE RESTAURANT.
The sign, once I found it, just so happens to be sitting in front of the bar, which nobody goes to all, all we do is order food. Also, being outside the wind decided to knock over my drink, and the bartenders were not even courteous enough to provide me a new drink while watching my drink spill on the ground. I went in to talk to the manager, who was completely dismissive and really did not care about helping or making my experience any better. She talked to Ashely and the other bartenders, which gave us terrible energy for the rest of our experience. We drove hours to come to this restaurant to experience this and will never invest our time our money into this place ever again. I use to love this place, now it’s just terrible. She gave me the owners card and I’ll update if they provide me a solution.
