5 /5 Taylor Davis: Absolutely love this Pappadeaux location on Research Blvd! My meal originally came out a little on the salty side, but the manager, Grant, went above and beyond to make it right. His professionalism and top-notch customer service were truly impressive — he immediately had my dish remade and even offered me a delicious salad to enjoy while I waited. That kind of care and attention is rare these days! I also want to shout out my bartender, Anna, who was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive the entire time. The combination of great food, amazing service, and such genuine hospitality keeps me coming back. This location truly knows how to take care of their guests — I’ll definitely be returning again and again!

4 /5 Lewis Byrd: I took my sons here while we were in town for a game; I had wanted to take them for some time for good seafood. It is always going to be a bit spendy but the quality is generally the same at any of the pappas restaurants and this did not fail to meet that standard. Great service, knowledgeable server, knew the menu like the back of his hand and when asked for a recommendation it was personalized down to how busy they were and the food was delicious....so why 4 stars.... This no longer feels like a lousianna restaurant. Gone are the seafood boils, frog legs and snails. Now there is gator but it tastes closer to a Asian Mexican fusion than anything. This now just seams like a seafood restaurant... You may ask is that not a bad thing? No per day, but the pappa brands were always based on their specific culinary niche and I wanted to give my kids some great and adventurous dishes from lousianna and found little of it on the menu anymore. Sad. I may come to a pappaduex again... But thats barely a maybe now, kind of sad

5 /5 Dan Bob: Yummy seafood lunch with friends. Warm crusty bread and whipped butter was served with our drinks. Large and tasty portions were presented with care by our excellent waiter, Romaine.

5 /5 Shavonne Mills: Our server Kesha was top-notch. She gave recommendations for food and drinks, she was friendly attentive and gave off that she really enjoyed what she does and where shes doing it. Id definitely ask to sit in her section the next time Im here. Try the pineapple refresher, the Espresso Martini, passion fruit lemon drop, and the fork and knife Cobb. All of the food was good but I had the salad.

4 /5 Elizabeth Eldridge: The service was excellent and accommodating to our large party so kind and patient as we enjoyed family from other towns to gather and celebrate a birthday. The food was great and even though we had one issue with a meal, the manager took care and really meant alot that they listened. We really enjoyed our dinner here and highly recommend it. The new hot honey gator bites were AMAZING !! There is a beautiful fountain outside perfect for after dinner mode.
