Paps Italian Grill - (Near Bandera, TX)

Gabriel Avocado BLT was so good, I made everyone stop for lunch on the way back home so I could get another one. Picked up a few of the Dublin sodas to bring home. We loved the fact that they let us choose a slice of pizza as one of our sides.

mckenna sackett Fantastic food & great drinks! We visited from Michigan, and the owner himself was behind the bar serving up drinks & food! It wasn’t until we sparked a conversation with him that we found out his story with this amazing place! Such a great atmosphere & fantastic owners/staff. Try the nachos, the tortilla chips are homemade & it’s delicious & the prices were fair!

Luis Carrasco Bilia is an absolute gem! The food is bursting with authentic Latin American flavor. I tried the arepas, chicken soup, chicharrones with guacamole, and their fresh guava lemonade — everything was delicious, refreshing, and made with care. The happy hour with sangria is unbeatable. The background music and warm aesthetics set the perfect vibe, and the arquitectura instantly transports you back to Latin America. This place is truly a gold mine in the entire state of Texas. A must-visit!

Mary Daniels Great place. Its definitely worth the trip. My husband loved his burger, fries and onion rings. My chicken salad salad was delicious. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Prices were on par.

Jennifer Tucker Gunner was our server and we asked for suggestions on drinks, appetizers and food. He was very enthusiastic and descriptive on all 3 of the categories. We ordered his suggestions and all 3 were fantastic. Things we would have never tried if he hadn’t of suggested them. We eat out often and this was the best service I have had in a very long time. Food, drinks and service was 5 stars.

Ellie Mahan My friends took me here for part of my bachelorette party, and I absolutely loved the wine and the shrimp scampi. Because the wine was the best I’d ever had, I came back with my husband, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Both ports on the wine menu were perfect, but my personal favorite was the first one because it reminds me of candied pecans, cinnamon, and a little bit of chocolate. I got the Atlantic Salmon, which was divine. The veggies were the stars of the show in my opinion because they were so flavorful. My only note is that I wish there was a little more wine sauce on the salmon. My husband got the lobster ravioli, which was just as rich, creamy, and delicious as it looks in the photo. The spinach and artichoke stuffed mushrooms paired with our wine made my tastebuds dance. I think this was my favorite meal of 2025!
