1 /5 Miranda Lee: Horrible customer service. Horrible service period! I ordered a pizza, wings, and breadsticks so that my children can eat and when the pizza arrived there was a whole piece missing out of it. I called up there and told the young lady the situation, she gave me a hard time and did not want to correct it. She didn’t even want to believe that there was food missing because when it left the store it was “complete”. This is the second time this has happened and now we won’t be going there any more because of this. After the first time I just figured it was a mess up, but I spent $45 to only get a refund of $12, and I even told her I would return the food because there is no way we can eat this after someone had took something out.. which she did not want me to do. The young man who delivered it was sniffling really bad and rubbing his nose when he handed me the food, and I refuse to let my children eat behind that.
