Curtis Lucas Fuego Grill delivered a really enjoyable dining experience overall, and I’d definitely go back. The tacos were imaginative, with unique flavor combinations that showed creativity and care in the kitchen. They were tasty, fresh, and clearly made with quality ingredients.
But the real standout? The corn tortillas. Absolutely phenomenal — soft, warm, and packed with flavor. You can tell they’re handmade with love, and they elevated every taco they wrapped. Honestly, I’d come back just for those alone.
The reason for the four stars instead of five is simply that while everything was good, nothing quite hit the “blow-your-mind” level across the board. But if you’re in the mood for well-crafted tacos and some of the best corn tortillas you’ll find anywhere, Fuego Grill is absolutely worth the stop.
