Pizza Hut - (Near Andrews, TX)

2 /5 brittney sawyer: This Pizza Hut needs to replace their employees,at least the one named Julia (I think is her name) very very rude lady . She even came out to my car to harass me about a pizza that was “not” in a pizza bag but clearly was. She tried to take my order out of my truck. Very unprofessional and needs to be fired immediately!

1 /5 Ernest O: Well I decided I was going to try the Buffet at pizze hut since they brought it back. It was 1:20 so I thought cool it closes at 2pm plenty of time. So I walk in excited to try it out. Been a while since I ate at a pizza hut too! The lady at the register looks at me and raises her eyebrows without saying a word basically saying what do i need, so I naturally raise my eyebrows to the buffet area since theres no vocal communication as im looking at the buffet tray. She looked annoyed and looks at her watch and finally speaks and says to me the buffet is fixing to close and annoyingly she says you can get it, but you have 10-15 minutes to eat. I said doesnt the buffet close at 2? She says yes, but were about done serving the pizza on it, but you can eat it still. I said 10-15minutes to eat is not even close to enough time. (Im not gonna stuff my face because they said I have x amount of time either not a teenage boy) I looked at her and said no thanks Ill go take my money elsewhere then. She then says its ok you can stay and eat. At this point I told her no thanks Im done with pizza hut from here on out. Walked out of there.

1 /5 Reggie Reggie: I never received my order contacted the store manager Cheryl not sure how she spells it. The delivery went to someone else. She said she would make it right and she would give me store credit. This past Sunday I tried to use the store credit and nobody knew what I was talking. I have contacted the store more than and she is never there or she doesn’t want to take my calls. I left my name and number to anyone who answers the phone. I ask for their first name and they refuse to give it to me. They say policy does not allow it. I finally had to call there corporate office not sure if they will do anything about it. Just waiting I was told 3 to 5 business days. This is the only Pizza Hut I have ever had a problem with.

1 /5 I11y: Been here twice and only twice lmao I called at 10:20 and igz they were to busy closing to answer their phone and hung up on me twice. Went inside once and they were literally staring at me while staring at the machine that cooks the dam thing at the same time and just making intense eye contact. A lady that was new to door dash come in and she just hammers her about a bunch of stuff..
