Pizza Lounge - (Near Pasadena, TX)

5 /5 Joyce Villanueva: This was my first time with my sisters and nieces. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the great service from Zoey. She was very nice and friendly. The food was so delicious and I sure do want to return again to try other food disehs on the menu. Highly recommend Pizza Lounge when you are visiting Houston.

3 /5 Jay Caroz: I wanted to try this place because I needed to use the restroom one day and without hesitation or issue, they let me. We went on a Saturday afternoon. They were having an event or something and we had to sit upstairs. We sat and then another couple sat after us. The waitress greeted the other couple and did not give any acknowledgement to us. Just handed us menus and turned to keep getting and talking to the other couple. I did not feel valued as their customer and started to feel discriminated because we were Hispanic, but I left it alone. The glasses of water were in different sizes which was confusing. The food was good and the sauce was watery, but still good. The manager said it was watery because of the vegetables so Im unsure if they use frozen or just add them without sauteed style. Anyways to make it more interesting, fire ants starting crawling on us and on the table and I got bit. I told the waitress and she said the manager would do something to take care of it. Im thinking because I got bit, but no the waitress said he would put medicine and not let anyone sit in that area. I received no apologies or no check in from the manager. From a customer service experience perspective, our time did not go very well at all. I did tell the waitress about not feeling welcomed at the beginning because she ignored us and she said it was because the other people arrived first. I explained to her that we arrived first, but I dont think she understand that it didnt matter because customer service involves treating everyone equaling with good service.

5 /5 Kristin Grandy: Great food, friendly service, great price! I got the thin crusted pizza with 6 free toppings. Thought that was a great deal. The side salad was very fresh lettuce and generous proportion for a side salad. The service was friendly and positive attitude all around! I like the atmosphere, casual, good music, and fun beer taps on the wall for decoration.

5 /5 Angelica Martinez: Great service, very attentive. Food was flavorful. The atmosphere was casual. The place and restrooms were well cleaned. My family enjoyed this place on Mothers Day. Had complementary mimosa (for Mothers Day). The pizza I shared was delicious. Calamari had flavor. We arrived around 6pm and the place wasnt busy. The order to the table was quick. Enjoyed for it being our first time here at this location.

5 /5 Joel Longoria: Just visited this place today with a group of 7 for my sons 10th birthday. Atmosphere was amazing! The staff made us feel like we were family, Im pretty sure I could have went in the back and helped make the dishes. Our server was amazing, attentive, and kept our drinks full and the delicious bread stocked on the table. We had the jalapeno poppers and fried green beans for appetizers which were both very good. For our meals we had a couple of their pizzas, lasagna, meatball sub, lobster ravioli, and some spaghetti with meat sauce. All of the food was delicious and you could tell very fresh. If you are looking for a place to get some pizza or Italian, look no further. Oh and I forgot the price tag... one of the most reasonable restaurants Ive been to in a while. Go get you some grub, your tummy and your wallet will thank you!
