Pluckers Wing Bar - (Near Pasadena, TX)

Marvin Magana Bartender said this was the place for the best fajitas in town. I havent tried anywhere else but I took his word for it and was not disappointed. I came on two occasions the week I stayed here and the staff was overall friendly and attentive. Warning about the burgers, dont let your eyes order the two patties if your stomach cant handle it. I ended up taking half of this monster burger back with me. It was really good but really big. Overall great food and great environment of people.

Alyssa Vasquez Food was really good. I ordered the fajita combination and it came out sizzling to perfection. Service is really good. We didn’t wait too long to receive our food. The rice and tortillas were not the best for me, but I’m very picky when it comes to them. I would highly recommend coming and trying out the fajitas and the Barbacoa tostadas!! Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Waxahachie by far to me!!!

Louie Smirnoff I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prima Pasta in Texas, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, with soft lighting and tasteful decor that set the perfect mood for an intimate dinner. We started our meal with the classic Bruschetta, which was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and it was absolutely divine. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the Alfredo sauce was creamy and rich without being overpowering. My dining companion opted for the Spaghetti Carbonara and was equally impressed by the authentic taste and generous portion. The service was top-notch. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that our needs were met promptly. To top it off, we indulged in their Tiramisu for dessert, which was a heavenly end to our meal – light, creamy, and with just the right amount of coffee flavor. Overall, Prima Pasta offers a fantastic dining experience with delicious food, excellent service, and a charming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine in Texas. 5 out of 5 stars!

Shawn S Simply awesome! We had an excellent experience here! We tried 4 rolls which was about 1 roll to many for us considering they brought us a couple samples to try. We really enjoyed the Chop Roll and the Las Vegas! The volcano was really good too. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the 4th roll, but it was our least favorite. They brought us 2 samples, one of which was the Cool Hawaiian roll which I will be ordering next time! I think it was my favorite taste of the evening! Service was excellent and friendly. Place was clean and well lit. Looking forward to coming back!

Gilbert J. Santana I had a deep dish pizza that sucker was heavy and delicious was built exactly the way I asked double double cheese meat, lover, great sauce had to eat it with a knife and fork. It was gooey chewy just the way I love it. One negative thing I can say that I asked for extra extra cheese. I didn’t feel like I got that I got more sauce.

Theresa E Coming from a state with well over 400 breweries and a lot of winter snow (hey....theres not much to do in the winter if you dont ski, so breweries come in handy), we know a good one when we see one. Our first visit to Southern Roots provided us with a tasty standard American Stout called Goat Cave. Odd name unless it was named after the Goat Cave Karst Preserve in Austin and produced using the water from the Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer. But I digress. We enjoyed the Stout and the bartenders were very helpful and a delight to meet. Thank you to everyone at Southern Roots Brewing Company for a satisfying experience.
