Justine is so wonderful, she always has the biggest smile and gives wonderful customer service. Definitely want to see this reflected in the other team members, but I’m looking forward to coming back again and again

Everything was delicious and fresh, we had their awesome sandwiches and a salad everything was perfection. The Owners and staff were so helpful they had excellent customer service. I highly recommend giving them a try you will thank me later.

5 /5 L P: Im stoked that Potbelly has a location in Beaumont. Being an upscale sandwich restaurant, Subway doesnt even compare. Their selection of sandwiches are endless and the flavors and ingredients are put together in a way that can only be described as one of a kind. The environment is clean, comfortable and inviting and the employees are very nice and helpful, giving their customers a wonderful experience. If you have yet to try one of their many delicious sandwiches, soups, salads or shakes then I strongly urge you to consider checking it out. Thanks for the great service, I will be back very soon!

3 /5 Tierra Carter: I’m just leaving this new location in bmt, food is very good I got the cubano sandwiche and the loaded baked potato. My only down was that customer service is never there . I was greeted once I walked in , but the sandwich maker was very condescending and not helping kept going back-and-forth to the menu to look for the toppings because I wasn’t aware that they were literally right above the counter and she was like it’s literally right above my head and I was like ma’am I wasn’t aware of that also, once I received my soup, I was given no utensils and once I completed my order, neither was I given a Cup with my transaction was over it was as though they didn’t really wanna be bothered with me and it was my first time coming there so I just wanted to say that they should still treat everyone as their new customer like this is still a new business and to come off as oh well it’s right here and all the customers usually do this. I was like I’ve never been here before so how would I know what is to be done But yeah customer service 0.5
