Sam McClanahan Every part of my experience was great. There was a slight delay for me to be seated when I initially arrived. The server apologized and promptly took care of it. I used the powder room, and the bus boy bussed my table. The server corrected that and apologized.

Veggie Lover I had a pleasant dining experience here although there are not many vegetarian options. The food came out fresh and delicious. Service was nice. I will say the portions are big so I would consider sharing an entree.

K J Millers Smokehouse in Belton isn’t just about incredible BBQ — their breakfast is on another level. The breakfast tacos are easily some of the best in Texas. The tortillas are warm and soft, the eggs are perfectly cooked, and the brisket or sausage fillings give every bite that smoky kick you can’t find anywhere else. They’re hearty, fresh, and made with real care — exactly what you want to start your morning. And then there’s the cinnamon roll… unreal. It’s massive, soft, and dripping with just the right amount of icing — sweet, buttery, and baked to perfection. You can tell it’s made from scratch and not something pulled from a freezer. Pair it with a cup of their coffee, and you’ve got a breakfast worth driving out of your way for. Between the quality, the friendly service, and the cozy atmosphere, Millers Smokehouse nails it every single time. Breakfast here isn’t just good — it’s unforgettable.

Juan Parra First time going, it was an awesome experience. Our server Jeremy was awesome and very attentive to our needs. We also enjoyed that we were able to take our pet with us. The food was also so delicious and the portions were great.

Erik Whitsitt We came here based on Google reviews. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious. Our server Steven was helpful and accommodating. Answered all of our questions and provided excellent service. The chicken and waffles were a highlight. Soft and fluffy waffles, perfectly cooked chicken, and great portion size, almost too big, but that didn’t stop me from finishing it. The Benedict was also a highlight being served on their homemade biscuits. The French press coffee was a bit weak but Steven came up with another recommendation that was even better. It gets busy so come early and parking can be but tricky as well. You won’t be disappointed with your overall experience! Ida Clare this was a fun place to come. (Pun intended) ;)

Rachel Barnard The place was busy and loud when we arrived around 2PM on a Sunday. We were able to find a table still but it took a while to order as some of the other tables were taking over 5 minutes to place their orders. Food came relatively quickly after we were able to order and was hot and fresh (~15-20 minutes). We got chicken saag (medium) and butter masala lamb (mild) with an avocado milkshake and some plain naan. The meats were cooked perfect and very delicious. Both sauces were amazing. The butt masala might be the best Ive ever had. The medium spicy was not too spicy (more like 2.5/3 stars out of 5). They serve the water in bottles. Its been a long time since I found an avocado shake that tasted like avocado and not sugar/ice. Well definitely be back to try more dishes (they have so much variety!)
