Wayne Ingwersen Wednesday is the night for mature adults. Great crowd and they feature live country music. Started having food available, which is a plus. Bartenders were great along with the rest of the staff. Great place for the older crowd to gather and have some fun.

Wayne Gooden Stopped by this place on our way to Fredericksburg. Great service. We just wanted a little snack. Got the fajita nachos and a side of their white queso. Wow! Spicy and very tasty. Wait staff was great and we enjoyed our lunch. Make it a point to stop by El Jardin in Hamilton, Tx

Michelle Gasaway My husband and I decided to try out this place since we are going to Spain for our 25th anniversary in 2026. Wanted to get a feel for a Spanish Tapas bar. El Botero did not disappoint, everything was very delicious. They were only out of one item (apparently this happens occasionally because they do not make bulk items. Everything is made to order) so hopefully we’ll try that next time. We shared seven different items from the menu… The scallop ceviche was our favorite! I did not get photos of everything because we just dug right in without thinking about this review… We enjoyed a really nice bottle of Tempranillo from Rioja. Our server was very attentive and a delight to interact with. We went early around 5:30PM so it wasn’t too busy…they have indoor and outdoor seating. We chose a small indoor table for the two of us. It was not too noisy, they were playing some Spanish music that could have been turned down, just a tad, but it wasn’t so loud we couldn’t talk to each other They also have free parking on site but you have to look for the blue signs that don’t require you pay to park.

Yulonda Hall The food was exceptional. I wanted to try everything on the menu and had a difficult time choosing. It was a long wait due to the concerts and festivities, but it was well worth the wait! I will definitely make it a point to revisit!!

Lexi Scarber Midday brunch with my toddler daughter and I can say it’s a core memory because of how smoothly it went! The cherry on top was the tv programming they have running (funny videos), you would have thought we had the restaurant to ourself because all you could hear was my sweet girl laughing as genuinely and as big as possible. The service was prompt and consistent, food was on point and left me wanting more to eat just to have that one extra bite of goodness, and my daughter left full and happy. We ordered the kids French toast with sausage (perfect amount and always perfect taste!), the Toasted Yolk plate (nostalgic and always a treat with the fresh sourdough bread), and a water and small orange juice. Could not have asked for a more perfect outing!
