Red Bird Grill - (Near Fredericksburg, TX)

L B First time experience at this lovely restaurant, upon arrival the restaurant is clean and up -kept , it’s very welcoming , you can choose where you wanna sit , upon sitting our lovely waitress brought out a red soup it was tasty (10/10) it smells amazing I must say , we ordered hummus and bread (10/10) , and a salad was brought out the ratio of pomegranate molasses to the salad was perfect it was not overly sweet at all , very well balanced. I got a chicken and beef kebab plate and my significant other had the beef kebab plate , they beef and chicken were so juicy and flavor I loved the sides it came with the from the rice to the roasted tomatoes- onions and Serrano peppers . I loved the addition of parsley and onions on top . And they have bread at the very bottom to soak up those juices overall we would def come back , I loved the atmosphere as well ❤️. (10/10) recommend .Also for the price it was great and soo flavorful

Lynn Trumblee Cliff was amazing, what a breathe of fresh air in the service industry. He made us feel like family and like we had known him forever! He even helped cook our food for us since it was my first time. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and he gained lifelong customers through us. We’ll see you again soon!

Chaquoya Mouldin Great atmosphere, great service, great drinks celebrated here for Mother’s Day. Ashlyn was our server and she was so sweet and awesome. She educated us on the history of the town and the two restaurants. Our recommendations are the wings and the Dirty Burger, and the lavender lemon drop was so good! Thank you again.

Wai-meng Leong Highly recommend this restaurant, lumberyard, to everyone! We spend about $55 for a party of four. The food tastes great and the service was awesome. I want to endorse specifically about the atmosphere because it is highly exceeding my expectations. It is very open and spacious, clean and delightful. The awesome open bar tap available inside as well as outside of the building. Outside the building, there is stage, obviously for night time music. Adult get sit outside drinking and playing some games and the likes. It is likely to a venue of some sort. The other side of the building I didnt explore, likely for some kind of activity. This is a great place(maybe the only place in canyon) for large party gatherings. My family and I did have a great time there. Of course, I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant, lumberyard.
