3 /5 Matta Rebecca “Bex”: The fried pickles were good, a little thick on the batter. The brisket was sliced thinly, like 1/8", and was VERY dry. The ribs were good, but again, a little too dry. The green beans were flavorful. Our server was Matt and he did a great job helping us pick the best deal for what we wanted. The strawberry limeade was delicious, not too syrupy. Lastly, the machine declined my card at first, so I ran it again and it approved, but both charges were marked as pending and put a hold in my bank account.
UPDATE: RibCrib sent me $10 to come back and try again after saying they took some steps to fix the dry brisket. I went again a week later and nope, still dry. Our server this time must have been new because he never offered us refills, we had to flag him down and he ended up bringing the wrong drinks. Our table was never cleared after our appetizer or first set of drinks.
