Brandi T Yum So Fresh shares a space with Rustic Pearl Boutique and is directly off the highway. Maps initially led us around the block from their actual location. The signage on the exterior of the building indicates Phillips 66 gas station and Rustic Pearl Boutique. YUM SO FRESH has a refrigerated section within these businesses. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious and the latte was great! The convenient gas pumps out front made this a great one stop shop. Although I did not purchase anything from the RP Boutique, it definitely had some dresses and earrings that caught my eye.

Michael Carew Tucked away behind the National Museum in Fredericksburg, Texas, Emis Fresh-Mex is a cantina that has a very tasty selection of original dishes. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the well-decorated and brightly lit interior, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were also delighted to find a spacious outdoor eating area adorned with festive banners, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal on a beautiful day. For our dinner, we decided on the Carnita Papitas. The dish was a delicious and creative take on a Tex-Mex classic, perfectly blending savory carnitas with crispy waffle fries and queso fresco. To complement our food, we had the house Marg and a refreshing Summer Spritz. Both drinks were expertly crafted, making for a truly enjoyable experience. The entire visit was a delight, from the charming ambiance to the fantastic food and drinks. We highly recommend this Tex-Mex cantina on your next visit to Fredericksburg! Salute!!

You wont regret coming here. I dont give five stars to just any place. I am very critical of food and music.

Sophia After a 12 hour shift I was nervous when I pulled into the drive thru line and it was out to the entrance. They got my food to me within 15 minutes and it was a large order. There were 0 mistakes with the 10+ items we ordered. Super grateful for this fast food addition to Caldwell for when cooking at home isn’t an option!
