Juliee-Anna Griffith This was a delicious little adventure into some local Mexican food. I would happily recommend them.to anyone. I got their Chile Relleno with 2 enchiladas, and it was amazing! My daughters devoured their nachos, and we all split the Sopapilla Fries with Caramel.

Amanda Walker - Ventura Best food with a hometown feel. Absolutely loved every part of our visit! From feeling welcomed to the delicious bbq and sides. Perfectly sweetened tea. My mouth is literally watering with this review. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must. If you have, keep showing them some love. When we travel back through, I’ll be sure to make a pit stop once again. The special treat for my little one made a core memory since she still brings it up.

J Miles The atmosphere and food were great. We had the Ruben sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries and the chicken fried steak with green beans and mash potatoes. They were hot and great. It is probably the best Ruben I have had with superiority tender meat. I knocked the service to 4 stars. It was good and the staff were nice and attentive, but it seemed more forced as a upscale place than a laid back nice place. Ill go back, so dont knock for that point. If you like watching planes, they do have seating right of the tarmac, and it is a great place for small and large parties. We could get in without a reservation, but I recommend one if you are unsure on how busy they will be.

Robert Mendoza This place is in Downtown Houston!!! The atmosphere is overwhelming, the staff is amazing. Their menu selections are great!!! We had a party of five and the waitress took care of all our needs quickly. The food from the appetizers to the main course were warm and ready to eat. The music is soft and the conversations are very pleasant.

Carlos Santos If you haven’t been to Mr. G’s Italian Pizzeria yet, you’re seriously missing out on one of the best dining experiences in town. Let me tell you, their thin crust pizza is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly crisp, just the right amount of toppings, and bursting with flavor. And the calzones? Oh. My. Goodness. These things are massive. I’m talking about a golden, baked-to-perfection bundle of cheesy, meaty goodness that will make you question all other calzones. Trust me, one of these will fill you up, but you’ll still want to go back for more because they’re just that good. But wait, the dessert. THE TIRAMISU. I’m a dessert lover, and their tiramisu is absolutely divine. It’s creamy, rich, and hits that perfect balance of sweetness and espresso—pure perfection in every bite. As if the food isn’t enough, the vibe at Mr. G’s is unbeatable. Head upstairs, and you’ll find free pool tables! Yes, you read that right—FREE. It’s such a fun way to hang out with friends while waiting for your food or just to make the night even better.

Nikki W. Im a New Orleans native, living here since 2005 and todays visit to Shell Shack was the first time in 20+ years that Ive had what taste like authentic New Orleans fried seafood in Dallas. I had the oyster basket and it was easily a 10 out of 10. My daughter had the coconut shrimp basket, and she said that it was a 10 out 10. My son in law had a seafood boil that consisted of boiled shrimp, mussels, snow crabs, potatoes, corn and, smoked sausage with the kitchen sink sauce; he gave it an 8-9 out of ten. We had the fried calamari and it was the best weve ever had; 15 out of ten! The hushpuppies were even delicious and a 10 out of 10 as well. We thoroughly enjoyed everything and well most definitely be back.
