Located on an old homestead, the restaurant is housed in a charming, beautifully preserved house that dates all the way back to the 1880s. The rustic elegance of the setting creates an atmosphere that feels both special and incredibly welcoming.
During our visit, the service was absolutely fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Its clear that the staff takes great pride in what they do, and it elevates the entire meal.
For our entrées, we couldnt resist trying two of the highlighted dishes. The special of the day, a Chicken Piccata, was a true standout. The chicken was tender and juicy, perfectly complemented by a zesty, buttery lemon-caper sauce that was tangy and savory in all the right ways. Every bite was an absolute delight. We also ordered the pepper jack smothered chop, and it was the definition of comfort food perfection. The pork chop was incredibly tender, falling off the bone, and smothered melted pepper jack cheese, sautéed onions and peppers that was pure indulgence.
