Simple & Delicious - (Near Angleton, TX)

3 /5 Monica Leuenberger: I had the smothered chicken, with Mac and cheese and greens (Order accuracy was not 100% I ordered yams but they were replaced with greens). The chicken tastes fine and fell right off the bone. The rice was flooded. I was really disappointed with the Mac and cheese which lacked in flavor. My husband had the pork chops with greens and mashed potatoes. He and said the chops were dry inside and he was disappointed with the instant mashed potatoes. We also tried the peach cobbler, but it was almost inedible with the amount of seasoning in it. The cobbler had a very strong clove or star of anise flavor to the point it tasted medicinal. Over all giving 3 stars thanks to the customer service. Not sure I’d recommend though.

5 /5 pog expat: Stopped lunch for when i was in the area. Ordered the ribs. 3 ribs served on rice and 2 sides. Nicely flavored and not over powering. Place was clean and quiet with easy parking in front. Price point for ribs was on the high side hence dropping it a star.

5 /5 Myriah Hatch: Simple and Delicious donated a pan of macaroni and cheese to our reunion this past summer, and I am so thankful! The owner was kind and pleasant to speak with. I recommend this establishment.
