J S15 This place for me is 0 stars. Walked in. Got NO acknowledgement, nobody interested in taking orders… Busser said Waitress was busy, WOW really ?! nobody was in there! Took 30 minutes to get our drinks and Practically got thrown at us… Then I had to get up to get a menu because she still never came back to our table …..Took another 30 minutes to place our order. And then Took an hour and a half to get our food……. While (Their regulars) got there food first like she said…. Will never go back to this place AGAIN!!! It needs to be shut down…… Busser and waitress/cashier shouldn’t be working there!!! They both have ugly attitudes and Both defend each other when they know exactly that they’re in the wrong…… ALOT of angry customers Left because (She was too busy) Behind the counter on her phone…….Just a mess!!!!! Whatever you do, do not waste your time at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MARYAM Sugar Man City Square is one of those places that just makes you feel good. It’s very clean, very organized, and everything is easy to find. I love how open and family-friendly it is. You see kids playing, families walking around, and everyone seems relaxed and happy. There are so many nice spots to sit and work too. Whether you want to grab a coffee, have a meeting, or just relax with your laptop, there are work-friendly places everywhere. The restaurants are lovely—lots of variety and cozy seating areas. And the small caves and little hidden corners around the square give it a fun and unique feeling. One thing I really appreciate is how well-maintained everything is. The people who take care of this place clearly put in a lot of effort, and it shows. It’s a space that feels both peaceful and alive at the same time. And right nearby, there’s the Marriott—so convenient if you’re visiting or want to enjoy a staycation.

Haley Avery You MUST come eat here. I got the pork banh mi, shrimp chips, and taro tea and everything was on point. The flavors are perfect and everything was super fresh. Such a breath of fresh air here in East Texas!

Sabrina Zuber Great, friendly, and quick service. The food is delicious and the menu has a plethora of options to choose from. Great for the whole family. My favorite dish is the carnitas tacos plate as shown in my picture.

Ballew Nicholas (Big Back Ballew) Tonight’s dinner was absolutely delicious. I finally got around to trying Prime102. It was easily the best decision I’ve made this year. Every single aspect of our visit was perfect. From the amazing service, to the incredible food. I can’t think of one thing that went wrong the entire night. On to the food. We ordered the 45 day dry aged 22oz ribeye with the black garlic truffle butter, 8oz filet mignon with an au poiyre sauce, tuna tartare, and the truffle parmesan fries. Both of the steaks had such an incredible flavor, especially the ribeye. They were super tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The tuna tartare was a first for me. I absolutely loved it though. They brought out a complimentary birthday piece of their famous butter cake with some vanilla bean ice cream on top. I also ordered some bread pudding. They sat it down on the table and proceeded to pour some heavenly sauce over the top of it. Both desserts were phenomenal to say the least. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s on the fence about it. I’m already planning my next visit.
