1 /5 C Hawk: Negative vibe. No joy here. Cmon yall stay upbeat and consistent with ALL customers. Think only good thoughts and enjoy each and every customers presence because customer purchases are what goes to pay partner paychecks and increase Bonhams Starbucks sales base.

1 /5 Robert Blevins: I recently visited this Starbucks and was disappointed to find that, despite having only one seated customer, I was left standing for a considerable amount of time without being acknowledged by any of the three staff members. As someone who values courtesy, I expect to be treated with respect and attention. Unfortunately, when I chose to leave after addressing this issue, one of the staff members sarcastically wished me a good day.

5 /5 LaShonda Jones: This Starbucks always goes above and beyond! The drinks are made perfectly every time, the vibe is cozy, and the team is super friendly and welcoming. What really makes this location stand out is their wonderful GM. You can tell the leadership is strong because the store runs smoothly, the crew is motivated, and the customer service is top-tier. It’s rare to find a spot where you feel like more than just another order — here, you feel valued. Kudos to the GM and the whole team for creating such a great atmosphere.
