1 /5 Monica Clay: This location is ridiculous I can say that Ive been 3 times each time hoping for better but no maim. They are rude, disconnected, no customer service WHATSOEVER. The kicker today for my third and ABSOLUTE LAST TIME GOING HERE . Mandy one of the workers was SOOOO RUUUUDEE literally didnt acknowledge me didnt say hello or anything. The dude walking around came and took my order LITERALLY MANDY is making the sandwich and didnt speak not one damn word to me the entire time head down jaw tight very nasty rude demeanor. I pay for my food MANDY doesnt even say here is your receipt or anything just walked off. Service here is totally ridiculous they come across racist and a host of other things I experienced in my 3 trips DONT GO HERE

1 /5 Johnny Mercado: I ordered the Beast sandwich online. When I got home I bit into the sandwich and they put pepper jack cheese instead of the provolone cheese. I ask for extra MVP vinaigrette on the sandwich. They put some kind of ranch dressing on it. When I arrived to pick up my sandwich they were out of a lot of product. They only had one soda favor available. I tried to eat the sandwich but only ate half. My taste buds weren’t having it. I was going to complain but I reading the reviews why bother. Never going there again.

4 /5 Catie Yingling: This location is overall pretty great. My kids enjoy going here. Note: If youre looking to enjoy a salad, its not the same as they used to be. The ingredients are fresh and taste good. The problem is they dont use the normal clear salad container anymore and instead opt for the smaller "protein bowl" bowls which give you much less. I ordered "more" lettuce to try to get ahead of this and it was not given to me like that. In fact, it was simply enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. It was mostly the standard amount of cucumbers and tomatoes with a touch of lettuce. They dont seem to pay much attention to the "more" or "less" when you order online. They also forgot another topping I had on my order. With all of that said, my kids always enjoy the subs. The manager lady is always very friendly and greets you warmly. We will definitely come back here. (I just wont waste my time or money on salads anymore lol) They seem to stay pretty busy too. Several times Ive been there and they were slicing up new batches of meet and out of items. (Thats a good sign cuz its better than sitting there forever getting funky) Plus, it always smells really good in there haha.
