Taco Bell - (Near Hereford, TX)

1 /5 Ernest Ortiz: They close earlier than theyre supposed to which is an inconvenience. Taco bell isnt the same anymore. It really sucks. Next time Im posting a photo so you guys know were not kidding. Theyre in the lobby with the lights off. Its really freaking ridiculous.

1 /5 sour or sweet: The workers are very rude. They don’t have manners and they just stand around talking to eachother. They couldn’t even get a simple taco correct. Do not go here.

3 /5 Eva Collins: We ordered through the Taco Bell app, which allowed us to choose to pick up the order inside. When we got there the lobby was closed and it didnt really look like the drive thru was open. We were traveling with our dogs and walked them around outside before going through the drive thru. It was open, we received our order and while I was checking to make sure my burritos didnt have any dairy in them, the lady opened the door again to tell us she had a timer on the drive thru. Thats cool - but there was no one else waiting for food and Id generally like to eat mine without a serious allergic reaction.... Luckily, the burritos were made correctly and we went on our way. Hopefully its great when the lobby reopens.

1 /5 Alesha Martinez: I am very dissatisfied with my first trip to Taco Bell. This was my first and will DEFINITELY be my last visit EVER. You could’ve had a loyal customer but instead you chose to not listen to my instructions and screw up my order. I did not order a supreme hard taco specifically WITHOUT tomatoes but, I received a supreme taco with tomatoes instead. I am highly allergic to tomatoes and sour cream so I will not be visiting with this business again.

5 /5 Unwanted Commentary: Honestly I’m not Taco Bell’s biggest fan but this was aight. Got all of this for $5.00. That drink was pretty good, had to go the next day for another one. Good customer service, employees working hard to get orders fast and ready. Please be kind when asking for sauce or anything that might have been forgotten. Don’t forget to download the Taco Bell app to complete your challenges. Drive-thru only!
