Jennifer Hall Came here for the first time to this location. Let me tell you, from the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted, given the specials of the day, and sat down immediately. We were a party of 10 and got Olivia for our waitress. She absolutely worked her tail off for us! She got the orders 100% correct, was on top of our refills, brought out all of the condiments our table requested in a quick, timely fashion. She made sure every detail was checked. The manager, Maryanne, was quick to cheer her staff on and offered encouragement to them. I noticed. The food was delicious!, hot and fresh! And, every server was quick with their customers as well. As a team, they work brilliantly and in unity. They were attentive! Furthermore, the restaurant was clean, bathroom was nice and clean, and store easy to shop, with employees offering to help and willing to assist. From start to finish, every detail was covered during our visit and nothing was left unturned. THIS is the location all other locations should be sending their staff to train! We’ve been to other local Cracker Barrel’s and we were not overly impressed with service or food. This evening changed our view, and we cannot wait to come back again!

Sarah Manshack The food and beverages are to die for… I dream about the cinnamon orange pancakes. Every single person who has taken care of me is amazing. The ambience isn’t anything to write home about… while not generic, it doesn’t actually prep you for how actually amazing the place is.

JaKuala McClelland My daughter and I visited this location for a breakfast date. I liked the vibe it was easy for me to chat without feeling like I was shouting. The food was tasty and the servers were really nice. I did wish the server came to our table a bit more to ensure we were okay. I had to get her attention a few times for extra napkins and menu questions. It wasnt overly packed for breakfast nice crowd.

Brandy Watson If you want the fried food experience, you’re at the right place. Upon entering the restaurant it was packed. I guess on a normal occasion you seat yourself, on a busy night you have to get on a list. Which created confusion. Regulars come in and plopped down in front of those waiting. My only critique of the place is to either be a seat yourself kind of place or wait at the front. You can’t have both, with a big sign saying “seat yourself”. The menu offered a variety of options to choose from. Catfish, burgers, & salads. Each of my crew were able to order something they loved. I went with the green chili burger with an extra add for fried pickles. It was full of flavor and freshness. As well as their side of homemade fresh ranch to go along with my dish. My husband ordered fried catfish. Equally fresh and delicious, along with a side of homemade tartare sauce. Then my daughter went with her usual, a salad. This time it was a taco salad loaded with toppings & sour cream as her dressing. Her salad was also great quality. Highly recommend this diner. They just need to work on the flow of ppl coming in.

Emily Wells We had our rehearsal dinner at Golden rule, and they were absolutely amazing from the staff, to the food, to the atmosphere it was absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for better. We booked the private event, space, and they gave us the entire day to decorate because there wasn’t another event. that was beyond helpful, and they provided table cloths and napkins, and honestly everything we needed. The food came out so swiftly, and when we needed it, and staff was consistently walking around getting any extra plates, and just being amazing for the event. The bartenders were absolutely awesome, and the drinks were quick, delicious, and exactly what we wanted. I absolutely loved their death by 1000 berries mocktail, but people could not get over how awesome the Lavender Haze was 10/10 recommend. We will absolutely be returning again, and highly recommend anybody in Georgetown to come by or host a gathering, reception, rehearsal dinner, etc. The prices are great, it’s definitely a Georgetown staple!!
