Taqueria Mexicano Grill #13 -Food CA (Near Belton)

4 /5 Martin Hennessy: Yes, we find another Mexican restaurant among our reviews. Never been to this location before but it was late, we needed to eat and it was close to an event we were attending. First tip that may have only affected me is that, when walking in inside, keep walking in a ways and look to your right. The host booth isnt viewable from the door. I spent a few minutes just standing there but that was my fault. The service was quick and so was the drop off of our orders. We grabbed a beef fajita quesadilla and beef fajita nachos. There is a big menu with lots of pictures so tip #2 is to trust the pictures. The nachos arent your typical chips (which you can tell in the photos comparing these to their super nachos) as they are bigger and sturdier with the ability to hold up under the weight of the toppings. Everything tasted great and we wound up still taking some home. This place deserves a 4.5 overall but, until the day they make changes to the ratings, it will have to stay a 4. 1 /5 Karenreneé Burnett: I drove 30mins to eat here only to be highly disappointed. The music was super loud even the server couldnt hear us. This was the first time I ever in my life received fijitas without the plate sizzling. The meat was overcooked and chewy. So Im guessing it set for a while. Which make since our servicer was horrible she was chatting with hostes instead. The busier did her job for her. Getting the things we needed. The french fries were undercooked. Just over all horrible we wont be back.

5 /5 Stewart Daniel: This place was fantastic! The food, the service, the atmosphere! Their salsa’s are all great, queso was awesome. I do t give 5 stars often, but they deserve it!

4 /5 AJ C: Busy and active atmosphere. It was really loud in outside room where we sat: too loud for conversation. The food was varied: excellent skillet fajitas, but the shrimp enchiladas were marginal. Good service, nice drink menu and good prices. Still one of our local Mexican favorites.
