Texas Roadhouse - (Near Rosenberg, TX)

3 /5 S K: I have been to different Texas Roadhouse even in other states but this one in Rosenberg was disappointing. First, I tried to order food at 9:30pm. Understand the online order stopped taking order so I wanted to place the order for the bread rolls since I heard they were so delicious. I called the store, the manager say we can place order if we order something beside the bread so we were like okay. We wanted to get a dozen rolls. Then they told us their “poofer machine” doesn’t work. Did they really not want to make it or was it really broken? If they didn’t want to make food why not close the store at 930pm. The next day I spent $50 on food cuz I wanted to give it another shot. This time service was super slow to pick up order and then the bread came out raw!!!!! I should have looked at the reviews. This is definitely a food safety concern and ruin the guest experience. Will definitely not come back to this location.

5 /5 TXSasgurl: Excellent service and great food. This Longhorn site has several high end restaurants around it, yet it surpasses each one of those. Fresh shrimp, cold,crisp salads,: steaks cooked to your exact temperature and service that is on point. what more could you ask for?

1 /5 Angela Calvert: Person that brought out curbside order was nice & friendly. Ordered medium on steak, totally uncooked is what I got, couldn’t eat it. Guess that’s the chance I take getting it to-go, but I don’t eat in restaurant because it’s annoyingly loud.

1 /5 Elizabeth N: I did a curbside order and the person that brought my order out was friendly. But then when I get home I see my kid’s order. The meat patty was all burnt and the fries full of salt with barely any fries. This for 7 dollars seems excessive. Well cooked shouldn’t be almost all black. I also ordered a medium well burger that was really dry too. I won’t be retuning if this is what their quality is like. You can get better quality meat elsewhere.
