2 /5 Laura Delgado: We went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner tonight and were extremely disappointed. These days, dining out is just too expensive to not receive what you ordered especially when you’re treating yourself after a long, well-deserved day. We placed our order online, and the app experience was great. We arrived a few minutes early, and our food was ready right on time, which we appreciated. However, once we got home and cut into our steaks, we were very let down. One was completely raw, and the other was not just well-done it was overcooked. We had ordered them medium and medium-well. I called the restaurant to see if there was a way to fix the issue, and Michael said someone would be reaching out to me. I truly hope it’s resolved, as we’ve been loyal Roadhouse customers for years. All of our sides were great, but the steaks were incredibly disappointing—no flavor and cooked completely wrong.

3 /5 Lindsey Swihart: We did an order for pickup, it did take alot longer than we expected, but there seemed to be a ton of people picking up. Our food was great! My husbands ribs however were extremely burned... it was hard for him to even find meat that was consumable... that was kind of a bummer for a order we paid over $80 for.

5 /5 Troy Weems: The prime rib was on point, the rolls have gotten a little smaller but still fluffy and hot and awesome paired with the butter. The staff was great, had a trainee and trainer, he was teaching new guy well. Atmosphere was great besides the loudness but in a way you cant get past that. Overall we were extremely satisfied and well taken care of.
