The Bistro at Blanco River soon to be Rustica - (Near Blanco, TX)

2 /5 Caleb Diaz: Ordered the rustica shrimp plate to go, what i got was a plain pasta with no flavor kind of like for a kid. Shrimp had good flavor. Would not recommend. Defetnetly not worth the price. Tiramisu was good.

5 /5 Raven Rojas: We stayed in Blanco for NYE and got to eat here our last night in town. Everything about our dinner was fantastic! The staff was more than welcoming and accommodating! I think the owner (or GM) sat us at our table and was very nice! I had the chicken fired steak- the cut of meat was tender and not overly fatty with great crispyness, the potato was perfectly cooked and not a potato thats been cooked for hours and just sitting around. My bfs salmon was cooked perfectly as well and the brussel sprouts were excellent. Lastly, the spinach artichoke dip was devine!! Definitely check this place out! It is comparable to nice restaurants you see in bigger cities (if not better)!

5 /5 Anita Agers-Brooks: We’re visiting from Missouri and stopped at The Bistro for dinner. This has been one of our best decisions on the trip! I ordered the spinach/artichoke dip (best I’ve ever had), and our friends ordered the queso for appetizers. They were wonderful! For entrees, my best friend ordered the apple salad and her husband got the chicken tenders with waffle fries. I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken and my hubby had the bacon/brie burger and fries. All were exceptionally good! The wait staff was excellent, the food extraordinary, and the view spectacular. The river running alongside the restaurant adds such an amazing element. We WILL be back!!! 5 STARS!

4 /5 A J: There Burger was cooked to perfection, and juicy!!!! It was so delicious, the atmosphere outside allowed me to enjoy the food. I added the guacamole and it was fresh, chunky, and creamy. You dont need bacon! The burger itself is more than enough. Today my bacon was slim, so ask before you grab the bacon burger. To be honest the burger was so good I forgot about the bacon. The fries were golden brown and delicious. I also had the Caesar salad which I enjoyed quite well. Fresh and a good portion as a side salad. I also tried the pasta it was also delicious and I didnt expect much being it was not an Italian restaurant but it was good. Those capers added a delightful taste. Overall I loved the restaurant and loved the atmosphere!!!! So come on out. I can see why they score so high.

5 /5 Diana L: Delicious dinner with excellent service! First time at this restaurant and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend it! We came with a party of 6 and all enjoyed their dinner. Chicken Piccata, Shrimp Rustica, Hamburger, Wedge Salad and the Reuben were all wonderful.
