Joaquin Salas New Mexican Food restaurant near Winstar owned by folks from Durango, Mexico. Food is authentic, fresh, and reasonably priced. Wife and I tried for first time today and loved what we ordered. We had three gorditas, rajas con queso, desebrada, and chile verde. All three were delicious. First bite of the chile verde took me back to Mexico. We also had the breakfast burrito. I asked for huevos a la Mexicana with sausage and it was the bomb. They added Mozzarella cheese and it was my first time trying this combination, but I loved it. Who would have thought cheese with eggs tasted so good. Green and red salsas were both good. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Angela bristow Great food, very nice place that’s beautifully decorated. Wonderful Turkey dinner with the trimmings! Bloody Mary was also super! We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kim today, and she truly made our Thanksgiving meal special. From the moment we were seated, Kim greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile that set the tone for the entire experience! I recommend and we will look forward to returning!

Heather Lam We love Dillon Depot! The homemade ice cream is THE BEST, and they always have new flavors on the menu. My personal fave is the ice cream float, yum. They also have food. Plus, they have so many things to do and see in the shop, including a huge display of model trains, scavenger hunt, bounce houses on occasion, and lots of antiques and consignment booths to browse. I highly recommend stopping in for a visit. You wont regret it! Update 7/18/25 They have added a lot of special activities for the summer, including craft times, BINGO and even swing dance lessons!
