5 /5 Shaisley Charles: Just WOW! I’m a 1st-time customer, and all I can say is WOW. Definitely somewhere I plan to return. It’s a date spot and family spot. There’s at least 1 thing on the menu that anyone can get there. The menu is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

5 /5 Emily Williams: Menu has a wide variety of choices for everyone’s preference. Staff is very friendly and provides fast service. Burgers are so yummy and all the treats are so delicious. Every time I come they surpass all my expectations, and I love how they bring the items to the table as soon as there prepared instead of waiting for the whole order !!!

4 /5 Kee Burns: First time today and the Burgers were seasoned very good and customer service was great. The fried Oreos were so good too. And my strawberry refresher was tasty as well. I’ll just make sure to ask for light ice next time. The environment was nice as well. Good vibes. I will be back :)

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and family-friendly. The décor is cheerful and clean, giving off that small-town charm that makes you instantly feel at home. We ordered several snacks and ice cream treats, and every single one was amazing. The flavors were fresh and rich without being too sweet, and you could tell that the ingredients were high-quality. Our favorite part was how perfectly everything was prepared and presented—clearly, a lot of care goes into every order. The staff really made the visit special. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. They took time to greet everyone with a smile and even offered a few great recommendations when we couldn’t decide what to try first. Their friendliness created the kind of welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. Cleanliness also stood out right away—the tables, counters, and serving areas were spotless, and the whole place felt fresh and well-maintained. It’s the kind of attention to detail that makes you confident in every bite you take. Overall, The Neighborhood Scoop is a gem of a spot for anyone craving a sweet treat or just a friendly place to relax. We’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all our friends. 5 /5 Katie F: We tried The Neighborhood Scoop today after hearing my family (all born & raised in Pasadena) rave about how good the burgers were. They were right, the burgers we got were SO DELICIOUS! They are made fresh, so you do have to wait a little bit for them but it was worth it. Tater totts were super crispy as were the fries…which looked like double batter fries and they were seasoned. All of the vegetable topping were all very fresh and nothing looked wilted, and the sauce on the burger was really good! I love that they put the American flag on the burger! It’s so nice to see people have pride in our country! We didn’t realize the burgers were so big, so we did not end up getting a dessert but next time we’re ordering to make room! So many different sweet options to choose from and they all look amazing! Don’t pass up this place in old town Pasadena, they are killing it!
