4 /5 Jodie Brown: Great watering hole find in the Harlingen area. The atmosphere and service are both excellent. You will have plenty of options for adult beverages and some tasty options from the kitchen. Their onion rings were a bit on the wimpy side but other options were outstanding.

1 /5 Diane KC: I’m calling and no one has pick up the phone , drove from Los Fresnos to get a chicken sandwich to go and the chicken is raw super hard not even my nail can go through it. And no one is answering I’m so disappointed that I went to all the trouble for something so disgusting.

4 /5 Tony Heimer: Perfect football bar and restaurant in Southern Texas . Found this place online and discovered that they had the Vikings vs. Lions game on. 2 for 1 wings and drink specials. Fried pickles and hush puppies were average and nothing special. Wife said it was the best boneless teriyaki wings shed ever had and I agreed after trying a few. The traditional buffalo wings were good but lacked celery and/ or carrots sides. The highlight at The Tipsy Tavern was the service. Every server was extremely attentive and took really good care of a couple of tourists passing through town for 3 hours. Decor was great with many big screens and pool tables. Restrooms were pretty gross. Highly recommend otherwise.

4 /5 Koko: After several recommendations and traveling here monthly, I decided to give this place a try. I loved the look of the sign out front, and the space inside gave off a fun vibe! It is large and spacious, and they have a stage where there was a guitarist playing live music. I sat at the bar, and it took a few minutes for the bartender to acknowledge me. I ordered my classic Long Island Iced Tea to drink and for dinner I went with the Shrimp Plate. The shrimp were huge and it looked great but I didnt really care for the breading they used. It had a strong flavor that caught me off guard. I ended up just eating the French fries and buttered toast. I closed out withs shots (Shock Tart) that were pretty decent. Overall, I enjoyed the evening and Id visit again but next time Im going with a simple burger.
