Ron Henry I need to preface this with I dont like Mexican food... Normally. I LOVE this place! Great food, great portions, great taste! Not the typical just beans, rice and cheese with a little meat place. The fajitas tacos rock! Update: Beef Fajitas rock too! Yes there is a smoking area on the right side of the building separate from the none smoking side. As a former smoker, which makes it worse, I didnt even notice smoke until I went to the restrooms at the rear of that area. But sitting close to that area I didnt even notice it, which is nice. So understand yes theres a smoking section but it isnt noticeable unless youre the type to complain about everything. Everything was again excellent! Still 5 stars all around... Now I need a nap.... zzzzzzz

Kim Morris OMG! Sits right next to Chilis......why would anyone go to Chilis with this place nextdoor? Wow! Great food, service, and atmosphere. Way more than you can eat and tasty! The corn fritters were amazing. We had chicken fried steak and the Doc Holliday were both amazing!! Highly recommend!!

Ellis Kyle (Druid238) Kens is my favorite pizza place of all time. I drive to Athens from North Dallas at least once a month to come here. The service is great, the food is amazing and the place has an old time feel to it. Thank you Kens for always being there. You have a special place in my heart and life.

Marley Elese i went here wednesday night with my friend! food was good — our steaks were cooked the way we wanted them. i wouldn’t order the fried mozzarella again, but the strawberry salad and cheesecake were super yummy!! we also tried the chocolate cake and it was delicious. strawberry lemonade here tastes like it’s made with real strawberry syrup. the hosts were polite, and our server was a young guy, i think named Tyler? he was lovely, i’ll ask for him again next time i visit.

Beth Finley I had the best salsa and chips today! Red sauce served warm, and green sauce is a cilantro avocado mixture with a little zing that is served cold. Chips are fresh and lightly salted. They serve two chips covered with refried beans and white queso as a complimentary appetizer. It was yum! The banana margarita was excellent! The rice and charro beans are the best I have ever had. So much flavor. The beef was beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. My shrimp diablo was great and served with hot queso! A new fave for me.

Desmond Birdow Outstanding. Wanted to try something different without driving way to the heights. So why not give AKI a shot. I ordered several items to give the restaurant a chance. I loved it. Very tasty. Nice presentation. Ill be back to try more items. The king crab bite wasnt my favorite but it was worth a shot.
