Jorge Garcia We were in the area doing a bit of hunting and wanted to find a place to watch the Aggie game. Randomly looked this place up and found a gem. Atmosphere is great...laid back and cool setup outside with picnic tables and firepit. Lots of different beers on tap that I had never heard of that you can sample before you buy. Food was great....had the philly cheese steak and my brother in law had the Reuben. Come hungry because the portions are big. Very warm and welcoming environment where it felt like everybody was a local.

Eric Charlton Returning here after so many years felt like rediscovering an old favorite. Everything tasted just as wonderful as I remembered. The soup was rich and comforting, the schnitzel was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the German beer paired beautifully with the meal. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a place that stays so consistent over time, and this restaurant continues to deliver every time. I’ve never had a disappointing experience here and will absolutely be coming back again.

Lisa Galaviz We had a great experience at Frisco Base Camp. It was our first time trying Nepalese food, and the assorted momo was a perfect introduction. We also ordered a thali set, which was excellent. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Verve Moxie Man o man! This place has THE most fantastic steak and asparagus! The Cajun crawfish fries and spring rolls are amazing! The atmosphere is very homey yet sophisticated. The service is IMPECCABLE and Mr. Harvey Kloesel personally talks to each guest and ensures their experience is nothing short of spectacular. Koen made sure our drinks were never empty, table never had trash or finished dishes, everything came out hot and fresh, and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I would have to say would be the price; HOWEVER, the price truly reflects the quality, freshness and overall experience. We’ll DEFINITELY be back. Who knew Moulton, Texas had such an amazing hidden gem?!

Mitch Helwig Exceptional Service and Campfire Flavor! ​We recently visited Saltgrass Steak House for a late lunch on Black Friday, needing a boost of energy before resuming our shopping. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and truly delivered on the promise of recapturing the flavor of the open campfire. Steaks, chicken, and seafood are chargrilled to perfection, and it’s wonderful knowing their breads, soups, and desserts are all made from scratch daily. ​In addition to the excellent atmosphere, the restaurant features great TVs throughout, making it an ideal spot for catching all the action on game days. ​The highlight of our specific visit was definitely our server, Brittany. She was incredibly friendly, informative, and demonstrated outstanding professionalism. We noticed she was training a new server who was shadowing her, and her patience and kindness were exemplary. It was clear she was fostering a supportive learning environment. ​Beyond her helpfulness, Brittany was meticulously well-groomed and neat. As a fellow woman, I appreciated her professional presentation—her hair, make-up, and nails were all executed on a high, professional level. ​As for the food, our mushroom appetizer was absolutely delicious, and the fresh iced tea was crisp and refreshing. ​Overall, Saltgrass is a great restaurant. It’s obvious they have a strong team that genuinely loves their work environment, and that positive energy translates directly into a fantastic dining experience for the customer. We highly recommend stopping in!
