4 /5 Jason Sayler: Great flavors and fresh ingredients make this a solid choice especially for Lufkin. I had the Pho stir fry F7 and Vietnamese spring rolls M2 and both were great. Good sized portions with plenty of well seasoned meats and veggies. The service was excellent! It did take 15-20 minutes to get my order. The food was fresh and worth the wait but if you’re in a hurry order ahead. It’s a big yellow bus located on the east side of the Texaco/Big’s gas station.

5 /5 NateMFJ: It may look a little sketchy from the outside because its an old converted school bus and it located on the side of a gas station, but honestly that just adds to the excitement of trying everything on the menu. The staff is friendly, attentive, and quick with recommendations--which is helpful because everything sounds amazing. The food definitely lives up to the "Fusion" name. Every dish is packed with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and beautiful presentation. The pho is rich and aromatic, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the portions are generous. Their appetizers are just as impressive--crispy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My wife ordered the Hue Tieu, and she absolutely loved it! The Bánh mì sandwiches are fantastic--loaded with meat and full of flavor. The egg rolls were crispy, hot, and delicious. Viet Fusion Eats & Drinks delivers excellent food, great service, and an overall fun dining experience. Well definitely be back to try more of the menu! One tip: order ahead if you can--the food is worth it, but expect a 20-25 minute wait.

5 /5 guenda jones: Food was great and came out quickly! I ordered the Bulgogi beef over rice, my husband ordered the Thai spicy mango wings and we got mamas dumplings. He recommended the seafood egg roll and I’m so glad he did! Not pictured here (because I ate it so quick) but definitely the best egg roll I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure!

5 /5 Setha Ponce: It took me forever to find this place one because it kept telling me it was close to the Chick-fil-A on that same side of the street too because I was looking for an actual restaurant and this is a bus kinda like a taco truck but for Vietnamese food, I was desperate for some PHO so I did not care! I’m so glad that I tried it. The soup was delicious. I was a little weirded out By the raw meat, but it cooked quickly in the super hot soup and everything was fresh tasted amazing. I’m so happy. Look for the bus in the Texaco parking lot thank me later!
