Whataburger - (Near Canyon, TX)

1 /5 Trey Farris: This might be the worst run Whataburger I have been to. I have been there twice since moving back for school. The first time I ordered take out and when I showed up I went up to the counter and they said they were just waiting on fries which was strange since I didn’t have fries in my order. So I waited and went back up about 20 minutes later after they still haven’t brought out my order and then they go in the back to check and it turns out they gave it to somebody in the drive through. So of course it takes another 30 minutes for me to get my food and on top of that they did not give me my hash browns. The next time I went I had ordered on the app ahead of time and got there a few minutes after the time range it was said to be ready. I go up to the counter and ask them and they say they are waiting on fries again. (I guess this is the go to line when they don’t know what’s happening?). So I waited for about 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my food out before I went up to the counter again to see what was going on. So she goes in the back and it is just sitting there by the drive through window. And on top of all that the food was room temperature. One star for somehow making one of my favorite places to eat one of my least. Well done.

5 /5 Dacia Cavazos: Stopped for a quick bite before driving back home to SA. Hands down the best whataburger we’ve eaten! From the friendly customer service to the hot food. Our fries were so fresh they didn’t need ketchup, and are burgers were perfectly seasoned and hot!

5 /5 Ken Sellers: My #5 Combo - Bacon & Cheese Whataburger, Fries, and Drink - was perfectly made, and true pleasure to consume. I do find it odd that the receipt shows the address as "12345 Whataburger Way, Whataburger, US".

2 /5 Randy M: Cold fries and onion rings. Burgers were tasty, but it was a long wait - especially as the only customer there. Plenty of staff, but mostly talking to each other and idly standing around. Wont go back since the tasty burgers werent worth the total meal price. Love other Whataburger locations but this one is way below average.
