5 /5 Samantha Wahlberg: Stopped in for our anniversary dinner, it’s a casual place with terrific food. Everything we had was wonderful and cooked to perfection. We started off with the Jalapeño Poppers, the bacon was cooked all the way through and the sauce they sit them on compliments everything about the flavors. My husband had the Prime Rib, I had the Mushroom Pasta with Chicken. When I say everything was tasty, I mean it! You can’t go wrong here.

5 /5 timothy sharp: Loved our time here, my girlfriend and I ordered such an interesting white wine, and thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad accompanied with their sourdough bread. We got the ribeye and the mushroom pasta, staff was very knowledgeable and the owner stopped by for a second. Would totally recommend coming by if you’re in the area. (Dip the steak in the Alfredo sauce, she’s insisting I add this in the review)

5 /5 Johnny 5: The most simplest menu Ive come across in restaurant, but every dish knocked it out of the park. The mac and cheese 10/10. You have to try it. The prime rib was so good. The prime rib wrangler sandwich was 10/10. Every thing was wonderful. True hill country gem. Recommend 100%

5 /5 Aaron Venegas: When visiting Fredericksburg, it’s a well known fact that it’s home to some really great wineries but the food scene isn’t a joke either. Wranglers Prime Rib Barn happens to offer the best of both worlds. Walking up to the barn themed restaurant that sits quaintly amongst a couple other buildings, next to a pasture with longhorns gives you a sense of excitement about what awaits inside. As you enter, you’re greeted by really friendly staff and led into a beautifully western decorated dining area. Jason, our server, was the absolute best. Not only did he provide friendly and professional service he also gave personal suggestions on the menu and points of interest around town. He genuinely seemed happy being a part of the restaurant and he definitely represents it well. We started off with the Chicken Poppers and they were amazing. For the main I had the Ribeye while my daughter had the filet and my son with the New York strip. The sides are family style and we had the broccolini (Jason’s suggestion) asparagus and poblano Mac and cheese. Great portions, fresh and were so amazing. The steaks were all perfectly cooked mid rare, seasoned and looked just as great. Dinner was finished off with the raspberry cheesecake. The gentleman that was running the place this evening, (I felt bad about not remembering his name) but was said to be the owners son, was very friendly and welcoming. If I could give this more stars then I would. We came for a great meal and left with even greater memories.
