Heather G Sometimes they mess up on the order but all you have to do is let them know and they kindly fix it. No need to cause a scene. They are great at making sure the orders are correct and fixed. And they are a nice staff. Even late at night.

drakkarama One of my favorite Mexican restaurants! The food is always delicious and the service is consistently good. This is the only place where you can find the Juanito dish—and it’s an absolute must-try! Everything is made fresh, and the flavors are spot on. Highly recommended if you’re looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with unique offerings.

Eric ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome spot with great food, cold drinks, and a laid-back coastal vibe. You can enjoy live music while catching monster fish — doesn’t get more Texas than that! The staff was friendly, and the whole place just feels like a local hidden gem. Found this while exploring the area for @361Scoop — definitely adding it to the must-visit list!

Sheila Schuetz We drove into Port Lavaca looking for good, fresh seafood and Bayside did not disappoint. We had the jumbo fried shrimp with baked potatoes and calamari for our appetizer. The calamari was fresh cut and hand breaded. The shrimp with jumbo and freshly cooked. The breading wasn’t heavy, and it was very flavorful. The size was perfect. You had the choice of 6 shrimp all the way up to 20. We are so glad we stopped in, this was some of the best shrimp we’ve had in a long time and it was worth the drive over from Bay City.
