Applebees Grill + Bar - (Near Wenatchee, WA)

5 /5 Alex B Medina: Food was delicious as always, and everyone was very accommodating of my elderly grandmother giving us a table close to the door. Our server was wonderful and the manager stopped by as well to make sure we were taken care of. We got the classic combo, oriental chicken salad, a sirloin steak, four cheese mac and cheese with honey tenders, and fish and chips and everything tasted great. Wonderful meal with wonderful people!

3 /5 Holla: If it wasn’t for Cynthia our time was wasted. Another server came as soon as we sat down and asked what we wanted. We said we’d need a few more minutes. She never came back so we ended up leaving her area and went to the bar. Thank you again Cynthia for your outstanding customer service.

2 /5 Kaeli Welsh: The hostesses were incredible; friendly, attentive and nice. We were greeted immediately and sat right away. Our server came by shortly after that and took our drink order. After the drinks arrived, we placed our food order but she seemed confused by what we were requesting even though it was simple. The kids food came out shortly after ordering and before the rest of the food, even though we didn’t request this. It was a nice thought but the adult meals took way, way longer so by the time we received the rest of our food, the kids were restless and ready to go. There really wasn’t any reason for the rest of the food to be so delayed. We ordered soup and salad and Three-Cheese Chicken Penne. The penne was lukewarm, almost as if it had been sitting there for a while. The waitress checked in once and the bartender was the one who delivered the adult food. When the waitress did check in, she completely disregarded my husband and would direct her questions to me, even if he already had answered. We also overheard the table behind us mention to the same waitress that the drinks they ordered hadn’t arrived and then she informed them that she forgot to place their drinks to the bar. Overall, not the greatest experience we’ve had at other locations.

1 /5 Dee Lopez: Waited 30 mins and that’s understandable for a Saturday. The host finally asked us if we wanted to sit at the bar, it should have been stated the moment we got there if that was an option. Once we sat down all I saw is 4/5 workers walking around in circles not asking or interacting with any customers. We waited 15 more minutes no one came to us for our order or anything. We used the call the server function on the iPad thing and no one came. We weren’t going to risk waiting another hour for food.
