Bakes Place Bar & Bistro - (Near Bellevue, WA)

Wandering Family Adventurer We were on a road trip and needed a good place for lunch. We prefer small or non-chain places sondecidedntongive it a try. What we found was a relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food. We had Steak tortellini, Mac & Cheese and a Veggie burger, plus bread with pesto garlic dip to start. All was delicious. We would definitely come here again.

McKenzie Hoctor It was our first time in and Laura treated us like an old friend hosting dinner. The cook is ridiculously generous in his attention to detail and portions. The environment in whole is what everyone wants in a date night!!!

Cody Harris My wife and I come over for drinks or food when we want to go out late. Weve tried a variety of dishes and the food is fine. Ive had very good foods and some subpar items but one thing is certain, when they stick to classic bar or pub food like burgers or fried foods (the onion loaf, or calamari) they hit the mark and we leave satisfied. I always prefer a restaurant be recognized for its core items than one item I may not have enjoyed. The highlights to me of Billy McHales is the drink/beer selection, the staff and the atmosphere. I love the pool tables and small arcade selection inside. Theyve also got a good selection of brews on tap from light, dark and amber. The staff are friendly and check in often on how you are doing especially at the bar. If youre looking for a good drink, I day stop in and check it out.

Dinesh Thangaraj The place is great! They offer a bunch of bun rolls with honey butter which are yummy. You can get a box to take them home. The roasted peanuts are yummy and you may throw the shells on the floor, which you’ll know why when you visit. We just ordered simple grilled cheese and the kids would love it!

Tyler Kent This place is WONDERFUL. Smash burger and sweet potato fries were great, house ranch is GREAT, only thing is burger could be seasoned a bit more but high quality food, not greasy at all. Fair pricing. Multiple good size tvs with sports, and FREE shuffleboard. So much fun with friends or family. Darts as well as a golf arcade machine. I’d get the shuffleboard more involved maybe another table or two in there for when it gets busier, it’s such a great game for anyone to play. I’d replace golf on the sign with shuffleboard honestly haha. Best restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.

Mike Truitt This was a great place for breakfast. It was relatively quiet so we had no trouble with seating our large group. Great service and friendly staff. The food was great with the exception of my gravy, see photo. Overall, still a great choice!
