1 /5 Lonna Hamburg: Good luck with service and food. Not welcoming. Waitress asked how I wanted my steak for steak salad cooked, I said MR and got well done. Never came back to check on us. Salad was awful my dry martini was sweet. Waitress asked if we wanted our check without asking if we wanted anything else or how our drinks or food were. Drive the mile up to Rusty Moose! Way better food and service!’n

2 /5 Renee G: I really do not like to leave a bad review. This was the worse dining experience I have ever encountered. The service here is deplorable. Waited over 40 minutes for our meals. Only received one of our meals then had to prove to the unpleasant waitress that we ordered two meals. NO apology, just a "well we will have to look into it" for a response. Young waiter who initially brought us water was pleasant as he had seen we were sitting for a long time . Unorganized and no clear directions on seating or how to pay if you are paying "in person" so we left our money on the table since no one came to the table at all to even ask how the meals were or to apologize for the lengthy delay NOR to check us out.

1 /5 Vanessa Maldonado: Train your employees to treat everyone with respect. Terrible service. I stopped by to eat a quick dinner on Sep 03 at 7h50 pm. I got serviced by a lady in her 40s to 50s, white hair, overweight. I am describing her physical appearance so that the employers can know who she is. Anyways, she passed me the menu, briefly said one or two sentences, came back for the order and everything was acceptable until then. Twenty five minutes later, three people more than came after me were already eating and yet my food was apparently not ready yet. Then, the lady came to ask what was that I ordered. I repeated my order and ten minutes later she came back with the order. She did not offer water, utensils, ketchup, no nothing. I could see she offered these three to the other tables. Anyways, I went to the bar and asked for everything myself. Same for paying. She just forgot about me being there. I don’t want to be biased but the only difference between the other people and me is the fact that I am a woman of color. Make your own judgment but this is embarrassing!

1 /5 Jennifer ONeal: We had a great server who did well with our party of 8 which included 3 children. However thats where it ended!! It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, our mozzarella sticks could have been good if the cheese would have been melted. They brought the kids food out with the apps and the adults waited about another 15 minutes to receive our burgers. Five burgers and only one of them was cooked fully. Two of them were so raw that they we couldnt even eat them. One was ate around the edges. All came with fries which were all cold. They have a build your own burger for 21.95 BE CAREFUL I ordered it and added bacon, lettuce, pickle, cheese and onion. Guess what... Thats the same as their Bacon burger thats 18.95 but the server didnt tell me that. So I paid $3 more for mine for the same damn thing our bill was $183 before tip and he took off 15% which saved us $30 but considering two meals at $18.95 and half of 2 other meals at $18.95 werent consumed not really a deal. Waste of money!!?!

1 /5 michael whitby: Go anywhere else! This bar used to be a lot of fun before Covid decent food and professional servers. I don’t know how it could go down wrong. It’s obvious, no one cares. Complaint to the only server was liking talking to a post. We waited nearly an hour for our food, he said the kitchen lost the order, but his response when asked where it was said different. The food is better from a Safeway deli. I don’t think they have a real short order chef, just someone who’s prepared to produce this terrible food. This is supposed to be a smoked panini sandwich. Stale white bread with pressed turkey product. The place is not clean. Last night was our last try. I’ll spend $20 on a taxi up the road. Shut this place down and start again with proffessionals.
