Amanda Binford We had a wonderful dining experience at 1889 Prime Steakhouse. Our server, Micah, was very nice and personable, and the entire staff was attentive and prompt throughout the evening.
We started with seasonal cocktails, French onion soup, and a seasonal salad with blackberry balsamic—everything was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, we enjoyed garlic mashed potatoes, a perfectly cooked surf and turf with filet mignon and lobster tail, and a ribeye steak. Every bite was delicious. Bread at the start of the meal was a nice touch.
The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to talk and enjoy the evening. Reservations made the experience seamless with no wait time. Parking was also convenient—there’s free designated parking on the north side of the building, with the entrance on the east side by the ramp.
Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!
