C Michael “Darkswede!” Best tiramisu I’ve found in the past 10 years. We ordered the sirloin and gnocchi and the fresh pasta with puttanesca and a side of meatballs, roasted Brussel sprouts and the pear arugula salad with blue cheese. Everything was great. The pasta was el dente and the steak was perfectly med-rare. Loved the simple syrup rehydrated pears in the salad and the blue cheese balancing the sweetness.
The tiramisu is nicely moist throughout and “wet” on the bottom. Just a perfect balance.
