5 /5 Wendy Stockholm: For a burger place, this place gets 5 stars, large menu to include a veggie burger and halibut burgers. Quality food, no skimping, fries cooked to perfection, lots of dipping sauce options. Dandy took our order and served us our food outside. She knows true customer service and enjoys her job! The atmosphere is a cute burger joint with outside seating, the best part is that it is also very clean!

5 /5 Diane Roeber: Drove through and got a fish sandwich which was a lot. Good French fries, over the summer they have the best Walla Walla onion rings. More than just a drive through. Has decent area inside and plenty of parking. Customer service has always been excellent. Employees are very happy people.

1 /5 ClDl SolshineGrowing: We ordered two burgers with beyond patties (the meat alternative) which is what we have ordered for years from other locations across Washington and Oregon, and enjoyed. Two people were present on our end to witness we indeed did order that option. When it arrived it was some sort of bocca burger veggie patty. I came inside and the manager was the most indignant and unapologetic service worker I have intereracted with in a very long time. I simply stated what happened from our perspective and that the order was wrong. She shot back "no thats not true. Thats not what you ordered." And proceeded to attempt to gaslight us. There was no apology nor clarification nor offer to correct the situation in any way. I left frustrated instead of trying to continue interacting with her, as her other staff began literally laughing at me as I left the building. One of the other workers shouted sorry awkwardly as I closed the door, acknowledging no apology had been said up until then. I will absolutely never be back to this location.

1 /5 Bill Schwegler: Burgerville is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I showed up to order in the Drive-Thru at 10:58 p.m. and they told me they were closed and afterwards I learned from Google that they are supposed to take your order and serve you as long as you are there to order before 11:00 p.m. so to the person who was too lazy to do their job thoroughly I recommend either correcting your mistake or finding a different job. Some compensation for the mental anguish I had to suffer from the false advertising would be cool to make things right. I dont like showing up right before closing but I was in a pinch and was in need of good customer service but got turned down hopefully things will be better there in the future.

3 /5 Amber Larson: We got there when a bus had arrived with like 25 kids so we knew it would be a long wait. The staff did great! I wasnt impressed with the burger. Nothing special. The milkshake however, was top notch!
