5 /5 Todd S.: Visited my hometown for a last minute road trip day. It was a Sunday afternoon, and the town of Republic was quiet. Most of the restaurants were closed, but found this little food truck tucked behind the main street. We met a woman named Dani that works here, and she was super friendly! Talked to her for a bit while we decided what to order. We ordered the steak and chicken Street Tacos, FAT GUYS STYLE, the Chubby Chix, and Onion Fingers. Everything was ENORMOUS portions, and absolutely delicious! I kid you not... I was NOT expecting to have the BEST food truck tacos Ive ever eaten, in a small town like, Republic. The chicken sandwich and the onion fingers was next level as well! My mouth is watering while I type this LOL. When I come back through, this is my spot. There is no question about it. 10/10 food, 10/10 service, and 10/10 to the lovely people working in that small truck in 100°F. Bless your hearts.
If youre ever in the area, or just passing through, you NEED to try this place. You wont disappointed. And you will regret not stopping by.
