Golden Palace Restaurant - (Near Richland, WA)

5 /5 Christina O: Best Chinese food in town!! 13$ for the special and you can’t beat it! We share one for two people and still have leftovers. Sweet and sour chicken, we switch out the sub gum chow Mein with lo mein, soup, fried rice, and bbq pork. The picture is missing half the food, it had already been shared!

3 /5 Travis Evans: Food is always delicious but dont tell the owners son he took your order down wrong because he will not wait on you or talk to you the rest of the time you are there - otherwise he is nice as can be!!!! The atmosphere is VERY old and needs updating

3 /5 cyrus fairley: The Golden Palace was clean and the food was great. The service was good and there was plenty of room inside to sit down and comfortably enjoy the meal, and it wasnt crowded.

1 /5 theresa Saldana: The older lady serving us had trouble understanding that I would like the pan fried noodles instead of the subgum, and when my order arrived it had sumgum on top of the fried noodles. I tried to call back the waiter and when I did the young man and the older lady rushed towards us arguing that we were wrong and that we should order better next time. The two were very rude and destroyed our experience here. We have been a returning customer and unfortunately not anymore. The waiter patronized, argued, and tried to embarrass us for a miss communication she had. We were very clear on what we wanted, we love the food but its not enough to deal with their disrespect for the paying customer.
