4 /5 XY: The Takoyaki was great! We also tried the shio ramen which was delicious. Only downside is they don’t allow ordering extra noodles on the side. Parking lot was pretty small, you have to be lucky to get a spot. Service was fast and friendly, would visit again.

5 /5 Jones: We really enjoyed our time at Hokkaido Santouka Bellevue! Amazing, fresh, piping hot food and excellent service from the whole restaurant. Family friendly as well, with perfectly portioned kids sizes. I had the Vegetarian Ramen. It was terrific. Our party loved it! We will be back!

Overall, it’s a dependable place that won’t disappoint, but don’t expect anything groundbreaking. A good option when you’re in the area, just not a destination in itself.
