IHOP - (Near Oak Harbor, WA)

1 /5 GodNuggetz: When I go to places like IHOP or Denny’s, I’m not expecting fine dining i’m expecting food that vaguely resembles the picture on the menu and doesn’t try to kill me. Somehow, this place couldn’t even clear that incredibly low bar. The order was wrong, half the food was missing, and what we did get tasted like it lost a fight with a microwave. I’ve had gas station sandwiches that put this place to shame. Honestly, it made McDonald’s look like a Michelin star restaurant. The only silver lining? They gave us a refund probably because they knew deep down they committed a culinary hate crime. Avoid this place like it’s haunted.

4 /5 Tay: I think the negative reviews here come from people who really just look for things to fail because theyre new. This is a brand new restaurant that has to iron out flaws as they go. My husband and I had a good time. We received a text message when our table was ready, we were seated quickly after that. The food was great, though it took a while to get to us but thats to be expected when they have a full house and are on a thirty minute wait. My one criticism during my visit was that my server only took our order and we never saw her after that; no check-ins and no refills. I also think the building choice was poor, because things are very cramped and they have no where to put their truck delivery except on the floor or outside (but thats not something that can be changed now).

4 /5 Jaelah Miranda: Couldnt decide between the tres leches and the cinnastack and had to have both. Both of them were delicious, though I liked the cinnastack a little more. I do wish the cinnamon filling went all the way to the edge of the pancake!

1 /5 x x: Don’t doordash from ihop unless you want to be disappointed. Waste of money. $27 for plain crepes. no powder, filling. nothing. just a side of one dried up lemon, and a side of strawberry slices. so many strawberry slices that if i was to glue them together it might make one tiny little strawberry. not enough to fill even one crepe. made sense why i didn’t get silverware with my order, they knew i wouldn’t need it.

5 /5 Adam White: I’m here for work for the month of November and have been here at least 7 times so far. I’ve ordered something different on the menu each time; burritos, omelets, french toast, sirloin tips etc. They were all good and I’d order them again. Service has been friendly and the place is clean. People need to leave reviews for good reasons more often. Thanks IHOP!
