Ashtown Brewing Co. - Longview

Rating: 4.7 /5
Rebecca My family celebrated a big milestone for my husband completing training from the fire station and used the rental space in the brewery. It was an amazing experience for our family. Kelli and Jarrett were attentive and made the night as smooth as possible for us. The catering was also top notch! I highly recommend using the rental space!

Mo-Chilli BBQ - Port Townsend

Rating: 4.8 /5
Avant Lard Travel - by Houston Porter Update (2025-12-20): This is our second time and it was as good, if not better than the first time. They were set to be closed for the week of Christmas so we stocked up on brisket, ribs, and sausages, plus sides, for the week. And once they gave us a sample of their special - smoked prime rib - we had to order they too. Everything was amazing, as weve come to expect from Mo-Chilli BBQ. Original review: Legit BBQ and excellent service! My wife and I are certified BBQ judges and in addition to judging BBQ competitions all over the world, always enjoy checking out nice mom and pop places like Mo-Chilli BBQ while we are traveling. A half dozen or so of us stopped in for a late lunch and although they were out of pulled pork, they had brisket, ribs, and sausage, all of which were great. We also had some sides, with the potato salad being the standout. And the menu is great because you can get sandwiches, plates, and even "bowls" with the various meats and sides. My niece and I went for the 5 meat combo, getting double orders of the brisket and ribs and not only was it delicious and filling, but at less than $30, with sides, it was a total bargain. Finally, we had a couple of excellent beers from local Port Townsend Brewing, which went very well with the BBQ. We always appreciate when a place highlights other local businesses, like the local brewery, and were also thrilled to see the owner a couple days later walking around downtown Port Townsend because they helped to confirm that these folks are truly local. And speaking of the owners and staff, they were simply wonderful. We were a large group with a couple of indecisive kids with us so we were not a quick or easy order but the staff was patient, helpful, and welcoming, which definitely elevated the experience a notch or two. We have driven by the last couple times weve been in town and are thrilled that we were finally able to stop in and try Mo-Chilli BBQ for ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Lorèn - Spokane

Rating: 4.5 /5
Lily Ting Stopped by Lorén for dinner to get out of the heat and it was incredible. Not only was it actually chill down there (their AC is working!) but the drinks, ambiance and food were the perfect way to end a summers night. We started off with the calamari and fougasse, then ordered the filet and scallops and ended with a crème brûlée for our anniversary. We felt very VIP. Food, service and cocktails were all 10/10. Will come here to get out of the sun any day!

Big Joe’s Sandwich Shop - Bremerton

Rating: 4.8 /5
Noah Sears You want a sandwich in Bremerton? Go to big joes. My work pays for food sometimes, and the crew usually chooses this place. Getting one of their fully sammys for 18$ splits perfect between two people, making it like 9 bucks for a pretty good lunch. Best place for a bbq pulled pork or Philly if youre looking for one, and I usually get the Bahn mi.

Bistro San Martín - Arlington

Rating: 4.8 /5
Scott Palmerton I had heard of this restaurant for several years. Although not too far from my home it was not really on my radar. My misfortune. Bistro San Martin is a small restaurant located in the old downtown area of Arlington. A pleasant sight on its own. The restaurant features a just right menu of Northwest American, with a dash of European flair. I realize that description makes no sense, let me just say that the menu has a decent selection of dishes to fit every palate. This evening we tried a sweet potatoes soup, which had a unique and delicious flavor. We could taste all the ingredients, sweet potato, leeks, sweet corn and more. Fantastic. Pastry puff mushrooms with a tiny added sauce that was very very good. Halibut with an incredible risotto and sweet and sour salsa. Flat iron steak perfectly cooked and flavored. Delicious crab cakes. Too full for desert. Maybe next time. Our server was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Decor is very nice. Prices reflect a fine dining experience. If you can, go now and go often.
