Moe Jordan ​Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen is an absolute must-visit and easily one of the best dining experiences Ive had in Tacoma. It truly deserves every one of these five stars. ​From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, modern, and inviting—perfect for a special occasion or just a fantastic night out. The service is impeccable; our server was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely added to the enjoyment of the evening. ​The food, however, is the star of the show. Every dish is clearly crafted with care, highlighting the best of Northwest ingredients. I highly recommend [Suggest a type of dish, e.g., "trying one of their fresh seafood specials" or "the unique appetizer selection"]. The flavors were complex, fresh, and perfectly executed. ​If youre looking for a restaurant that delivers exceptional quality in food, service, and ambiance, Copper and Salt Northwest Kitchen is the place. Tony Perez Low key place to hit some golf balls, the staff is friendly and the food is good. Prices are very reasonable as well!

David Beal First time visit and we were not disappointed. Excellent variety of tacos, with my personal favorite being the birria. Definitely worthy of becoming a regular place to visit for lunch or dinner.

Ted DeRuyter A must try dinner experience! Go for their 7 course wine pairing menu. You will not regret it. The chef does an incredible job. Every item on the menu is well thought out. The entrees look and taste amazing. A lot of surprises and unique dishes. Highly recommend staying at Cameo Heights Mansion is you can. One of the best bed and breakfast places in the Northwest. If you you are staying in Walla Walla, reserve the limousine pi kup service. Will worth it. Not too much more than an Uber and such a better experience than worrying about drinking and then driving back.

d. m. Never been here. I don’t drink but came to see the good music and have some pizza. I got the vegetarian which was a good size for solo and delish! It was on the speedy size. $18 for personalized. But I would come back again!
