Magoos Restaurant - (Near Omak, WA)

Jolene The Bud Bay Cafe located near Mud Bay in Olympia is right by the marinas and it is so much more than a cafe. I love the atmosphere and the location. First of all. Being by the water is amazing for me. We expected to order a simple salad and grilled chicken for lunch until they brought out the fresh specials which were amazing and five star restaurant quality. I ordered halibut and lobster tail wrapped in phyllo dough with a wild rice pilaf and my husband ordered king crab legs with the same sides. We also got the apple tart. All were on the fresh menu. The flavors were fresh and incredibly cooked to order. This is one of my new favorite places to stop by anytime were in this area. I shouldnt forget the service, everyone is very nice and friendly and make sure that youre happy with your order.

PeggySue Melnyk These guys were busy, staff handled it well. I even overheard someone have a complaint on their food and they comped the meal and the cook came out and chatted with them. All the food was amazing I had Ron’s Special and my husband had the chicken fried Benedict. I should include that I added hollandaise sauce to my special. Definitely a good decision! The best part of the restaurant is the sign at the bathroom.

Megan Harris So yum!!! Our server was very nice and the food and drinks came out much faster than I would think for a busy Friday night! It is not a cheap restaurant by any means, but definitely not overpriced! We sat outside on the patio but it has a lovely vibe on the inside too!!

Mallory Culbertson Great food and great vibe. Weve been a few times since re-opening and its been delicious each time! The house-made pretzels and beer cheese are so good. The new decor is beautiful too, I didnt take a pic but I love all the greenery and low atmospheric lighting.

Amanda Chapman Loved the pig and vine along with a boozy beverage! Hash browns were perfectly browned and so flavorful! Will always be my favorite stop when waiting on the bus to the airport. Funny shirts and hats as well

JohnAllenHill Spouse had pecan waffles with bacon and a side of two eggs. The bacon was cooked perfectly. Broke when bent but still a little bit of a chew. The waffles were very good and the 2 over medium eggs were great. 5 of 5. I had eggs and potatoes. What can I say? It was eggs and potatoes. I mixed them together, added hot sauce and ate with my toast. Tasted good but nothing remarkable. 4.5 of 5. It was busy. Waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Despite the crowd, the service was overall pretty good. Overall, while a little pricey, I give a 5 out of 5.
