Jon Junell I needed to grab a meal, and Id always seen the Anchor during the Wooden Boat Festival. So, when the opportunity arose to slip in and have a beer and a burger, I jumped at the chance. I enjoyed a smash burger and fries, and the burger and fries were very enjoyable. The smash Burgers bun was a nice roll, and the pickles really set the burger apart. I also liked the fries, with both salt and pepper. The price with a beer was good too!

Chan If a non-Mexican thinks Mexican food isn’t good, it’s probably because they haven’t tried authentic Mexican cuisine. The rice was delicious, and I never imagined beans could taste so good. The portions were very generous, and the service was excellent. The server frequently came by to ask if we wanted more complimentary chips, and as I’m writing this review, I’m already missing the food. They also kept checking if we were enjoying the dishes and if we needed anything else. Every cocktail looked amazing, but since I was dining with kids, unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try them. I tried Mole sauce for the first time—it had such rich layers of flavor, from the first bite to the lingering aftertaste. Definitely worth trying!

John Prieto Nice to find a place that you feel that you are a local when youre sitting and eating and enjoying your time all from work. I bought a skillet, and it was actually very, very good. Thank you to all that was working that day.

Brady McCoy Showed up a few minutes before they opened. They open right on time and were ready to go. Food was quick and hot. I had the biscuits and gravy and added hash browns. They were good. The bacon was really good. I would recommend it.

Alissa E Taps at the Guard House is such a gem in Port Townsend. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the food is delicious, and the drinks are spot on. Add in fun live music and it’s the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy a great night out. We left happy and looking forward to coming back!

Sol Park Yang Pyeong is always so delicious! My favorite is the #4. Beef broth, brisket (Yangji). Ive also tried the Gamjatang (Pork bone soup) on a staff recommendation last time and it was also good. The staff is so friendly and the side dishes are amazing too. Highly recommend.
